REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At NOVA Comics, we specialize in collectible comic books and limited-distribution items. Because of the collectible nature of these products, our return policy is more limited than that of general retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


INSPECTION WINDOW

Customers must inspect their order within 48 hours of delivery.

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement, refund, or store credit.


DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must email us within 48 hours and include clear photos of:

• the damaged item
• the packaging
• the shipping label

These photos are required for shipping insurance claims.

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

• replacement (if available)
• store credit
• refund

High-value items may require completion of a carrier insurance claim before resolution.


INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours.

Once verified, we will provide:

• replacement
• store credit
• or refund

Depending on availability.


CONDITION EXPECTATIONS

Comic books are collectible items and are not professionally graded unless explicitly stated.

Minor spine ticks, corner wear, distributor handling wear, or printing defects are common in comic book distribution and are not considered damage or defects.

Returns based on condition disagreements or grading expectations will not be accepted.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return:

• preorder items
• ratio variants
• incentive variants
• limited print variants
• exclusive variants
• signed books
• CGC/CBCS graded books
• clearance items
• mystery bundles


PREORDERS

Preorder items are charged at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Publisher release dates may change without notice.

Cover artwork shown on preorder listings may be preliminary and subject to change.

Variant allocations are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as guaranteed variants.

If allocation shortages occur, customers will receive either:

• replacement option
• store credit
• or refund


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared for shipment.

Preorders may not be cancelled once distributor ordering deadlines have passed.


PRICING ERRORS

In the event of a pricing error caused by:

• synchronization issues
• distributor data errors
• typographical mistakes
• system malfunction

NOVA Comics reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.


NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer:

The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

NOVA Comics is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist when possible, but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for delivered packages.
