Thank you for shopping with NOVA Comics! We take pride in carefully packaging collectible comic books and ensuring your order arrives safely.

Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next available business day.

Preorder items ship when they are released and received from distributors.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together when all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are requested.


SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping carriers may include:

• USPS
• UPS
• other major carriers depending on destination and package size

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.


COMIC BOOK PACKAGING

NOVA Comics ships collectible comic books using protective packaging designed to reduce movement and prevent bending during transit.

Most modern comics ship:

• bagged
• boarded
• securely protected with rigid support materials

Higher-value books may receive additional protective packaging.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of:

• the damaged item
• packaging
• shipping label

These are required for insurance claim processing.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier:

NOVA Comics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.

We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for delivered packages.


SHIPPING INSURANCE (HIGH-VALUE ORDERS)

High-value shipments may include shipping insurance.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit:

resolution may require completion of a carrier insurance claim before replacement or refund is issued.


DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery delays caused by the following are outside our control:

• weather
• carrier disruptions
• holidays
• distributor delays
• incorrect addresses
• regional service interruptions

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


PREORDERS

Preorder items ship when received from our distributors.

Publisher release dates may change without notice.

If release dates shift, your order will ship once inventory arrives.
